if you have the software.
make sure your phone has the most current iOS 6 software
6.1.3 for iphone 4, 6.1.4 for iphone 5.
then option click ‘check for update’ in itunes (shift click for windows)
select your software and done.
because its technically an ‘update’ apple will register it as ok.
thats why you need the newest version because it will need everything up to date that doesn’t change with the new software.
provided you got the right firmware. shouldn’t have problems.
